• After operation on the patient, the doctor calls or faxes in a prescription to Isurply for use of one of our pieces of durable medical equipment
• Our staff, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, receives and begins processing the order immediately
• The order is processed within 24 hours, often sooner, and the patient and doctor are sent confirmation of the order
• Isurply calls the patient to schedule free delivery of the unit
• A trained Isurply technician delivers the equipment directly to the patient’s home
• The technician sets up the unit, and instructs the patient on its operation. If the patient has any questions, they can call our company at any time for assistance
• Once the doctor is satisfied with the patient’s recovery, Maldonado Medical calls the patient to schedule pick up of the equipment
• The equipment is retrieved and this stage of rehabilitation is complete
