We save You Time:- We understand that your office is busy and your time is precious.
Submit your CPM or Cold Therapy Unit orders online at our website (www.isurply.com) or fax over your order indicating any special requests, and we
will do the rest; from obtaining authorization to verifying benefit information. We will call you
to let you know we received your fax and then contact the patient to discuss delivery options
and set an appointment time. We have a 24 hour fax notification to allow the best possible
services possible.
Its your call:- Each doctor/situation has special needs, we let you and your patient
make the decisions. We can deliver the equipment pre-op, at the surgery center, in the
hospital, or directly to the patients’ home upon discharge we do what you, the patients request.
We cater to your schedule:- We work around patients/doctors schedules, we will work with the
patient to make a convenient appointment time to deliver the CPM and/or Cold Therapy Unit.
We follow up with the patients to check on them and provide ongoing support. We deliver
everyday including Sundays. iSurply has day and evening technicians to deliver and set up. We know that patients get to their destination at all hours.
Professional Staff:- Our technicians dress in medical Scrubs with company name
badges. Technicians have attended an intensive training program and are updated on new
information regularly
We Care:- Our technicians spend as much time as necessary measuring and
instructing/training the patient on how to use the appropriate medical devices prescribed to the patient. We make sure the patient is comfortable and happy with the equipment.
We Are Always On Call:- 24 hours a day 7 days a week all calls are answered by a
trained iSurply technician. We do not use answering/exchanges. You don’t have to be a
Doctor to get a hold of us. We are available all the time to care for patients/clients.
We Listen:- iSurply has its’ finger on the pulse; we use patient satisfaction surveys, your
input, and industry news to better our company and ensure that we remain head and
shoulders above the rest.
